NVA works with its clients to create and refine investor presentations and briefs that concisely articulate the business opportunity, company strategy and value proposition. Once ready, we make thoughtful introductions to appropriate potential investors.

Business Analysis

Part of our services include due-diligence and analysis of existing or planned strategies for all aspects of the business plan. Ensuring that the business plan, pro-forma balance sheets, and operational execution plan are solid and realistic for angel, private equity, or venture funding is a key ingredient for a successful fundraising effort. Additionally, business analysis services are available for any company looking for strategic guidance, or even a simple second opinion!

Operational Guidance

NVA provides analysis, guidance, and hands-on heavy lifting on the operational side as well. With prior direct experience in product management, product strategy, client services, sales and sales engineering, ASP service delivery, and IT/network operations there is a wealth of experience that can be leveraged by NVA clients when needed. This element of what we do is woven into the advising provided when we work with clients on the investor access side, and is one of the reasons we find it so critical to develop a deep understanding of your business and product strategy.
